HOW OUR ONLINE TUITION WORKS
Five simple steps from your first conversation to your child's first lesson.
Start with a free 20-minute consultation with the teacher. This is an opportunity for parents and carers to ask questions, explain their child's learning needs and discuss their current level of understanding.
The teacher will explain how online lessons are structured. Together, we will plan the right support for your child and identify suitable subjects to focus on.
Following the consultation, choose the subject you would like your child to receive support with and purchase a lesson or a bulk tuition package through our website.
Once your purchase is complete, the teacher will contact you to agree a lesson date and time, subject to availability. Your booking will then be confirmed.
A couple of hours before the lesson, you will receive a joining link by email or WhatsApp for the agreed video platform — Google Meet or Microsoft Teams.
At the scheduled time, open the link to join the lesson. Please have a suitable device, a reliable internet connection, a quiet learning space, paper and a pencil ready. A parent or responsible adult should remain available throughout the session.
